· Deep clean and scrub out sinks, toilets and showers/tubs
· Scrub and clean all surfaces and disinfectant
· Shine all mirrors and counter tops surfaces
· Dismantle, vacuum and windex light fixtures and exhaust fan vents
· Thoroughly clean floors, corners and baseboards

Kitchen:
· Scrub out kitchen sink with appropriate cleaner
· Clean and shine all kitchen counters
· Wipe down the outside of all appliances and polish if stainless steel
· Dismantle Microwave, soak in cleaner, scrub out
· Thoroughly clean all floors, corners, edges and under cabinet edge

Bedrooms:
· Make beds if customer leaves clean linens on edge of bed
· Pick up and straighten items in bedroom, on chests, tables, nightstands
· Dust all surfaces in bedroom
· Shine all mirrors or glass surfaces
· Oil any wood surfaces such as bed frames or furniture
· Clean entire floor area with vacuum if carpeted or clean with wood floor/tile care

All Living Areas:
· Straighten all areas such as magazines, items on desks and tables
· Dust entire surfaces in living areas
· Clean and shine all surfaces such as mirrors or glass tables
· Wipe down woodwork, trim and scrub any spots on walls
· Oil all wood furniture
· Vacuum and shine ceiling fan blades and lights throughout house
· Clean entire floor areas with vacuum if carpeted or clean with wood floor/tile care

Window Areas:
· Feather dust all blinds
· Clean the inside of window panes
· Wipe down the inside window frames and sills

**Optional For Vacant Properties---
Oven:
· Remove racks, spray inside with commercial oven cleaner, scrub with oven pads and razors blades
· Remove burners on top of stove and clean with degreaser
Refrigerator:
· Dismantle and clean all drawers, shelves and racks
· Bleach and disinfect all parts, dry and reassemble
Garage:
